Go to the shopSkinboosters are hyaluronic acid micro-injections that hydrate the skin from within, without adding volume or changing your features. They improve the radiance, texture and firmness of dehydrated or dull skin, or skin with fine lines. At our office we use Profhilo®, NCTF® and other skinboosters depending on your skin.
Dr. Olga Gómez Montoya, physician and surgeon from the University of Antioquia, chooses the product and number of sessions so you look fresh and rested, with natural, progressive results.

With age, sun and hormonal changes, the skin loses hyaluronic acid and water. It looks duller, feels tight and fine lines appear.
A skinbooster restores hyaluronic acid to the dermis through micro-injections. Unlike a filler, it doesn't stay in one spot or add volume: it spreads through the skin, attracts water and stimulates fibroblasts. The result is skin that is more hydrated, radiant and elastic.

Each skinbooster has its own indication. We choose based on your skin, the area and what you're looking for.
High-concentration hyaluronic acid, without chemical crosslinking agents, applied at 5 points per side. It improves hydration, firmness and skin quality.
Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with a complex of vitamins, amino acids, minerals and coenzymes. It brings radiance and hydration to dull or tired skin.
We also use Restylane® Skinboosters, Juvéderm® Volite, Stylage® Hydro and Saypha® Rich. We choose based on your skin, the area and the goal.
Dehydrated or dull skin, or skin with fine lines. See skin quality.
The thinner skin of the neck and décolletage improves in hydration and texture. See neck and décolletage.
Hydrates and improves the texture of the backs of the hands. See hand rejuvenation.
A well-indicated skinbooster doesn't show: what shows is skin that looks better. That's why we choose the product based on what your skin needs, not the other way around.
We often combine it with other treatments, such as collagen biostimulators for firmness, microneedling for texture or a peel for tone, in a step-by-step plan.

It's a treatment with micro-injections of hyaluronic acid, sometimes with other actives, that hydrates the skin from within. It doesn't add volume or change your features: it improves the skin's hydration, radiance, texture and elasticity.
Profhilo® is a skinbooster from IBSA laboratories with a high concentration of hyaluronic acid: 32 mg of high molecular weight and 32 mg of low molecular weight, stabilized without chemical crosslinking agents. It is applied at 5 points on each side of the face and is usually indicated in 2 sessions.
No. Profhilo spreads through the skin instead of staying in one spot, so it doesn't add volume or change your features. Its goal is to improve the skin's hydration, firmness and quality.
NCTF® 135 HA is a skinbooster from Fillmed (Filorga) laboratories that combines non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with a complex of 59 components: vitamins, minerals, amino acids, coenzymes and nucleic acids. It's used to bring radiance and hydration to dull or tired skin, or skin with fine lines.
It's hyaluronic acid that hasn't been chemically bonded to make it firmer. That's why it spreads through the skin and hydrates it, instead of adding volume like a filler. You'll find it, for example, in NCTF®.
They do different things. Profhilo® works more on the firmness and quality of skin that has lost support; NCTF® works on the radiance and vitality of dull skin. Sometimes they are combined. The choice is made during the assessment, based on your skin.
Yes, it's one of their main indications. When your skin feels tight or looks dull even though you use creams, a skinbooster provides hydration in the layers creams can't reach. Your home routine is still important.
It depends on the product. With Profhilo® it's usually 2 sessions; with NCTF® and other skinboosters, between 2 and 4. The skin looks more hydrated within a few weeks, and the improvement in quality builds up over the sessions.
It feels like small pinpricks. Afterwards there may be small bumps or a bruise for 1 or 2 days, which can be covered with makeup the next day. You return to your routine the same day.
It depends on the product, the area and the number of sessions your skin needs. During the assessment in El Poblado we clearly explain the plan and its investment. Message us ASSESSMENT.
The first step is an assessment. Dr. Olga reviews your skin and tells you which skinbooster suits you and how many sessions you would need.
