Go to the shopFacial rejuvenation focused on skin quality combines medical treatments that improve hydration, radiance, pores, texture and firmness, without changing your features. It's the answer when your skin looks dull or tired even though you don't have deep wrinkles.
Dr. Olga Gómez Montoya, physician and surgeon from the University of Antioquia, first identifies why your skin lost its glow and designs a progressive plan with skinboosters, polynucleotides, SkinPen® microneedling, the Alma Hybrid™ CO2 laser and collagen biostimulators, depending on your case.

With sun, stress, menopause and the passage of time, the skin loses hydration and collagen, renews itself more slowly and builds up texture and pigment. There is no single treatment: based on your assessment we combine:
The goal is skin that looks healthy because it is better cared for, not skin that looks “done.”
It's for you if…
It's not the right time if…
Each protocol is defined according to your skin type, your life stage and what concerns you most.
Brings back radiance to lackluster skin with medical peels, vitamin C mesotherapy, polynucleotides (PDRN) and Celluma® LED light.
Hydrates from the inner layers with skinboosters and Profhilo®, beyond what creams can achieve.
Pores don't “close,” but they can look smaller with hydrodermabrasion, peels, SkinPen® microneedling and fractional CO2 laser.
Smooths rough texture and mild marks by stimulating collagen with SkinPen® and CO2 laser. For deep scars, see acne scars.
Evens out skin tone and improves superficial spots with peels and depigmenting agents. If there is melasma, see dark spots and melasma.
Improves firmness and density with collagen biostimulators, especially when menopause speeds up collagen loss.
Radiance isn't achieved with a single procedure: it's the result of caring for your skin both in the office and at home. That's why we combine medical treatments with a routine designed for your skin type and check-ups to adjust the plan.
During menopause, when the skin loses collagen and hydration faster, the maintenance plan is key.
“Skin that looks healthy because it is better cared for.” — Dr. Olga Gómez Montoya
We analyze your skin type, its sensitivity, your habits, your current routine and your life stage, and take clinical photos to track your progress.
We honestly define the techniques and number of sessions: skinboosters, polynucleotides, SkinPen® microneedling, the Alma Hybrid™ CO2 laser or collagen biostimulators. We show you each product and its INVIMA (Colombia's health products regulator) registration.
Procedures of 45 to 60 minutes. With skinboosters or SkinPen® you return to your routine the same day; with CO2 laser there are a few days of redness and peeling.
We review your progress with your photos and adjust your home routine. Skinboosters are usually maintained with about 3 sessions a year, and collagen biostimulators roughly every two years.
Photos published with the patients' authorization. Results vary from person to person and depend on the medical assessment.
It's the set of characteristics that make skin look healthy: hydration, radiance, smooth texture, even tone, barely visible pores and firmness. With age, sun and menopause these characteristics change, which is why a face can look tired even without deep wrinkles.
It's a set of medical treatments that improve the skin's hydration, texture, tone and firmness without changing your features. Depending on your skin, it may include a medical peel, mesotherapy, skinboosters, polynucleotides, SkinPen® microneedling, CO2 laser or collagen biostimulators. We define it during the assessment.
Yes, in many cases. Improving skin quality, stimulating collagen with biostimulators or HIFU, and restoring support with hyaluronic acid make the face look fresher and more rested. When the skin has descended significantly, non-surgical treatments have a limit, and we'll tell you so honestly during the assessment. See non-surgical facial laxity treatment.
With a combination of deep cleansing, renewal and collagen stimulation: hydrodermabrasion, medical peels, SkinPen® microneedling and fractional CO2 laser, along with retinoids and sunscreen at home. The collagen around the pore supports it and makes it look smaller.
No. Pores are a normal part of the skin and cannot be closed or eliminated. What we can do is make them look smaller and less noticeable by improving texture, controlling sebum and stimulating collagen. Be wary of products that promise to “close” them.
Skin looks dull due to dehydration, buildup of dead cells, dark spots, lack of sleep or collagen loss. Deep hydration with skinboosters, renewal with peels, antioxidants such as vitamin C and daily sunscreen all help. During the assessment we identify the cause in your case.
A facial cleansing keeps the skin clean on the surface. A medical treatment works on deep hydration, renewal and collagen, and it is prescribed and performed by a physician after assessing your skin.
Skinboosters, such as Profhilo®, are hyaluronic acid micro-injections that hydrate the skin from within without adding volume. Polynucleotides (PDRN) are purified molecules derived from salmon DNA that stimulate regeneration. Both improve skin quality and are chosen according to your case.
Yes. During menopause the skin loses collagen and hydration faster, so we usually combine skinboosters or polynucleotides for hydration with collagen biostimulators such as Sculptra®, diluted Radiesse® or Juvelook®, which progressively improve firmness over 2 to 3 months.
Many protocols start with three sessions. Hydration and glow are noticed first; texture, pores and tone improve throughout the protocol, and firmness with collagen biostimulators within 2 to 3 months. For maintenance, skinboosters are usually repeated about 3 times a year.
They are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active inflamed acne, cold sores or infections in the area, with irritated or tanned skin before CO2 laser, or with certain medical conditions. That's why a prior medical assessment is essential.
