Go to the shopInjectable hyaluronic acid (HA) filler restores hydration, support and definition to the face without surgery: lips, cheekbones, chin, jawline, under-eye hollows and folds. When it’s the right indication, you look fresh and rested, without changing your features. And it’s reversible.

Hyaluronic acid is a molecule your skin produces naturally, and it holds on to water. Over the years, the body makes less of it, and the face loses hydration and support.
The injectable is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel: its molecules are bonded so it lasts longer in the tissue. Depending on its density, it provides support (cheekbones, chin, jawline), definition (lips, contours) or hydration (skin). Over time, the body gradually reabsorbs it.

Hydration, contouring or subtle volume, respecting your proportions. See lip filler.
Only for under-eye hollowing, and only in suitable candidates. See under-eye hollows.
Restores support to the cheekbones and projects the chin for a more balanced profile. See facial harmonization.
Defines the jawline and the oval of the face, naturally and without changing your features.
Softens the nasolabial folds and marionette lines while also addressing the cause. See nasolabial folds.
Corrects small irregularities along the bridge of the nose without surgery. It’s a high-risk area: it requires anatomical expertise and precise technique.
An overfilled face doesn’t come from hyaluronic acid itself, but from using it without judgment: too much, in the wrong place, or to solve something it isn’t meant to solve.
That’s why I start by understanding what has changed in your face. Sometimes hyaluronic acid is the answer; other times it’s botulinum toxin, a biostimulator or a combination. And we never use it on the body.
“The best hyaluronic acid is the kind no one notices.” — Dr. Olga Gómez Montoya
Dr. Olga assesses your face, your proportions and what you’re looking for, and tells you whether hyaluronic acid is the right choice or whether another treatment would serve you better.
We choose the area, the amount and the product based on the density each area needs. We show you the original product, its lot number and its INVIMA registration.
Using a fine needle or cannula, with topical anesthetic or the lidocaine already included in the product. It takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the areas treated.
We review the result at 2 weeks, once the swelling has gone down, and adjust only if needed.

It restores hydration, support and definition to the face without surgery. It’s used on the lips, cheekbones, chin, jawline, under-eye hollows, folds and nose, and in more fluid formulations to improve skin hydration. The goal is to look fresh and rested, not to change your features.
It’s injected with a very fine needle or a cannula into the layer each area requires. Many products contain lidocaine and, if needed, a topical anesthetic is used. It’s applied in small amounts, shaped, and symmetry is checked throughout the procedure.
No. It’s a substance your own skin produces, and the injectable product is reabsorbable and holds a health registration. Problems come from injecting too much, poor technique, unregistered products, or confusing it with banned substances such as biopolymers. At our practice, we don’t use it on the body.
The most common are swelling, bruising and tenderness for a few days. Less often, small nodules or asymmetries can appear, which can usually be corrected. The most serious complication, though rare, is the product compromising a blood vessel; that’s why it must be injected by a physician who knows the anatomy and has hyaluronidase on hand.
When properly injected in appropriate amounts, hyaluronic acid is reabsorbed over time. In rare cases, nodules, delayed inflammation or product migration can occur, especially when a lot of product builds up over the years. That’s why we prefer conservative amounts and follow-up visits.
It depends on the product, the area and your metabolism: it can last anywhere from several months to more than a year. In the lips, which move a lot, it usually lasts less than in the chin or cheekbones. At your consultation, we’ll tell you what to expect in your case.
We work with Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Stylage® and Croma®, all registered with INVIMA. Each brand offers products of different densities, and we choose the right one for each area.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase, administered by a physician. That’s why it’s one of the safest fillers. Even so, the goal is to plan carefully from the start so nothing needs correcting.
Yes. On the nose, small irregularities along the bridge can be corrected, and on the chin, projection can be added to balance the profile. The nose is a high vascular-risk area, so it’s only done after a careful assessment and with precise technique. It doesn’t replace surgery when the desired change is significant.
It depends on the areas, the amount and the product your face needs. At your consultation in El Poblado, we’ll walk you through the plan and its cost clearly. Book via WhatsApp.
