Non-surgical buttock contouring improves the firmness, contour and skin quality of the buttocks using a collagen stimulator approved by INVIMA (Colombia's national health products regulator) for body use. It doesn't add volume that is foreign to your body: it prompts your skin to produce its own collagen, and the change arrives gradually.
At the El Poblado office, Dr. Olga Gómez Montoya, physician and surgeon trained at the University of Antioquia, first assesses what you need and what you don't. The goal is for your buttocks to look firm and in harmony with the rest of your body, never overdone.

It is a medical treatment that improves the firmness and contour of the buttocks without implants, without surgery and without permanent substances. It is performed with collagen stimulators placed with a microcannula or needle in areas defined during your assessment.
It is not a buttock augmentation. The aim is for the skin and tissues to regain support through your own collagen, for a result that looks natural.
Collagen stimulators are resorbable products that signal your skin to produce new collagen. Over the following weeks, that collagen improves support, firmness and texture in the area.
You may notice some volume the same day. That is the fluid used in the application, and it is reabsorbed within a few days. The real change begins between 2 and 3 months and keeps improving until your follow-up visit.
It may be right for you if…
It's not the right time if…
Each goal is defined during your assessment, based on your skin, your anatomy and what you're looking for.
01
Better-supported skin when your buttocks feel less firm than they used to.
02
A more harmonious transition between the lower back, buttocks and thighs.
03
More even texture and better-supported skin. If cellulite on the buttocks concerns you, learn about its treatment.
04
When the skin is left with less support after significant weight loss.
05
Declining estrogen reduces collagen; biostimulation helps offset this gradually.
06
If what bothers you is the curve between the hip and the thigh, it has its own treatment: hip dips.
They are chosen during your assessment based on your skin, your anatomy and what you're looking for. The collagen stimulators we use are INVIMA-approved for body use:
Dr. Gómez defines the plan during your assessment. You don't have to choose it yourself.
Armonía buttock firming is Dr. Olga Gómez Montoya's plan, in El Poblado, Medellín, for mild to moderate loss of firmness in the buttocks. It is done in one session with a collagen stimulator that is INVIMA-approved for body use.
Contorno buttock biostimulation is the plan for moderate to marked loss of firmness, when a more defined contour is also desired. It is done in two sessions, spaced 45 to 60 days apart.
Contorno Integral buttock biostimulation is the plan for marked loss of firmness across the whole area. It is done in two sessions, spaced 45 to 60 days apart, with closer follow-up visits.
“I would rather tell a patient I won't treat her than inject something I can't stand behind. With the buttocks, that difference shows years later.” — Dr. Olga Gómez Montoya, physician and surgeon, University of Antioquia
Biopolymers are permanent filler substances, such as liquid silicone or oils, that were injected to enlarge the buttocks. They cannot be fully removed and can cause inflammation, hardening and serious complications years later. In Colombia, this condition is known as iatrogenic allogenosis.
Peptones are now being marketed as a “natural” alternative for buttock enlargement. Before any product is injected, ask what it is, what its INVIMA registration is, and whether that registration authorizes use on the body. If you don't get a clear answer, don't let anyone inject it.
At this practice we never use biopolymers or peptones, or any product without INVIMA health registration. If you've already had a substance injected, that is where your assessment begins.
In August 2026, Dr. Olga wrote that she did not offer buttock harmonization. The reason was specific: she did not have a collagen stimulator with INVIMA approval for use on the body. Today that approval exists. It was verified before the treatment was added, and that is why it is offered now. If tomorrow it could no longer be backed, it would no longer be offered.
Beauty isn't forced or exaggerated. It is cared for, understood and accompanied. That's why your plan isn't built around the best-selling product, but around what your body actually needs.
Dr. Gómez reviews your skin, your anatomy and your history, including any substances injected in the past.
She defines the plan (Armonía, Contorno or Contorno Integral), the collagen stimulator and the number of sessions. Honestly, and without overselling.
In-office procedure under local anesthesia, lasting 45 to 90 minutes.
Written aftercare instructions and a follow-up visit at 3–4 months to evaluate the result.
It is a medical treatment that improves the firmness, contour and skin quality of the buttocks using collagen stimulators that are INVIMA-approved for body use. It doesn't use implants or permanent substances, and the change is gradual.
They are resorbable products that stimulate the skin to produce new collagen. In the buttocks they improve support, firmness and texture. The change begins between 2 and 3 months, because it is your own collagen doing the work.
They don't work like an implant. Their main effect is to improve firmness and skin quality. They may provide a subtle, gradual increase from the new collagen, but not a large change in volume.
Poly-L-lactic acid, such as Sculptra or Elleva X, stimulates collagen gradually. Calcium hydroxylapatite, such as Radiesse, provides support from the moment it is placed and also stimulates collagen. Dr. Gómez chooses the right one based on your assessment.
They can complement collagen stimulators, because they support the tissues and stimulate collagen. Like any procedure, they carry risks, such as discomfort, asymmetry or the thread being visible under the skin. That's why they are only recommended after an assessment.
The volume you see on the day is the fluid used in the application, and it is reabsorbed within a few days. The real change begins between 2 and 3 months. Depending on your plan, one or two sessions are done, spaced 45 to 60 days apart, with a follow-up visit at 3 or 4 months.
You can return to your daily activities soon. During the first week, it's recommended to avoid intense exercise, saunas and strong heat, and to do the at-home massages following the written instructions Dr. Gómez gives you.
It can be a good option. As estrogen declines, the skin's collagen and elasticity decrease, and collagen stimulators help improve firmness gradually. Your assessment determines whether it's the right time for you.
No. The collagen stimulators we use are resorbable and INVIMA-approved for body use. Biopolymers are permanent substances that can cause serious complications. At this practice we never use biopolymers or peptones.
It depends on the plan, the collagen stimulator and the number of sessions you need. At your consultation in El Poblado, we'll clearly explain your plan and its investment.
The first step is a consultation, not a sale. Dr. Olga will tell you what can be achieved, which plan you need and whether this treatment is right for you.
